Travixy provides digital travel services and does not ship any physical goods.

All bookings and travel-related services are delivered electronically.

📧 1. Booking Confirmation

After completing a booking, you will receive:

  • a confirmation email

  • booking details

  • instructions from the service provider

Delivery is typically instant or within a short period after payment.

⏱ 2. Processing Time

Booking confirmations may vary depending on the provider.

In most cases:

  • confirmation is immediate

  • or sent within a few minutes to a few hours

🔗 3. Third-Party Delivery

All services are delivered by third-party providers.

This includes:

  • hotels

  • activity providers

  • transportation services

  • car rental companies

  • cruise operators

Travixy is not responsible for delays in confirmation caused by providers.

📱 4. Digital Access

Bookings may be accessed via:

  • email confirmation

  • mobile vouchers

  • partner platforms

No physical tickets are sent unless specified by the provider.

⚠️ 5. Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • providing correct contact details

  • checking their email (including spam folder)

  • following provider instructions

🚫 6. No Physical Shipping

Travixy does not:

  • deliver physical products

  • ship documents or tickets

All services are digital.

💣 Refund & Changes Policy

At Travixy, all offers are provided in collaboration with third-party service providers.
Refunds and changes are subject to the specific conditions of each offer and the policies of the respective provider.

📅 1. Cancellation Terms

Cancellation of an offer is only possible if:

  • the cancellation is requested through Travixy Customer Support

  • the request is made no later than 30 days prior to the offer start date

  • the offer explicitly allows cancellation in its description

If any of the above conditions are not met, cancellation may not be possible.

⚠️ 2. Non-Refundable Offers

The following types of offers are non-refundable and non-cancellable, unless otherwise stated:

  • entertainment activities

  • event tickets

  • concerts and shows

  • theatre tickets

  • bus tours

  • экскурсии (guided tours of any type)

  • similar time-based or scheduled services

🔁 3. Changes & Rescheduling

Travixy does not guarantee changes or modifications to bookings.

However, upon request, we may assist in arranging:

  • date changes

  • rescheduling

where such options are supported by the service provider.

For certain activities and events, Travixy reserves the right to assist in rescheduling instead of cancellation, where possible.

💳 4. Refund Processing

Where refunds are applicable:

  • they are processed according to the provider’s terms

  • timing and method depend on the payment provider

  • Travixy does not process refunds directly

Travixy may assist in communication, but does not make final refund decisions.
